Thu, 15 Oct, 1pm - 4pm AWST

Description

Your mission sets the agenda. AI is only invited where it serves it.

This half-day workshop gives NFP program and operations staff a structured way to work out where AI genuinely fits their organisation and where it must not go then document one real workflow and leave with a 30-day plan that survives contact with a busy service calendar.

Who this is for:

  • Program managers

  • Operations leads

  • Coordinators and administrators in disability

  • Aged care and community services organisations

What you will do:

Four 45-minute modules:

  1. Mission First: Where AI Fits an NFP map candidate tasks against mission value and client impact, and park what does not belong.

  2. Client Data Is Different: Privacy-Safe Practice work through what makes client information different from general business data, and set practice rules your team can follow.

  3. Hands-On: One NFP Workflow, Documented take one recognisable workflow (intake notes, newsletters, reporting) through a documented, checkable AI-assisted version using fictional data.

  4. Your 30-Day Integration Plan turn the morning into a dated, owned, realistic plan.

What you will leave with:

A mission-mapped AI opportunity list, a privacy-safe practice card, one documented NFP workflow and a 30-day integration plan.

Prerequisites and exclusions:

None. Fictional and sanitised data only in the room bring your workflow knowledge, not your client records. This session is general professional development, not legal or funding advice.
