A hands-on build day for owners and operators. You bring your laptop and your business, and you leave with a working AI system wired to your own email, calendar, meetings and tools. Built by you, owned by you, running on your machine, securely.

All built on our NEXGEN OS™ AI infrastructure framework, plus 160+ custom skills, 15 agent templates and 10 workflow templates.

Twelve seats in every room, so we can help every person individually.

Our promise: if the day doesn't improve your business in some way, or you just weren't happy with it, tell us after the day and we'll refund your ticket in full. You can also cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop.

What you leave with

A daily brief that reads your calendar and inbox on command
Your business context document, the file that makes every output sound like your business instead of a chatbot
Your voice on file, so drafts read like you wrote them
Your own custom agent and workflow, built on your business, like an agent that chases quiet quotes or a board that drafts your posts
Your meetings captured, summarised, with the actions pulled out
Your own dashboard, running on your laptop
160+ custom skills, 15 agent templates and 10 workflow templates, yours to keep and build more with

Before you come, you'll need

A laptop you're allowed to install software on, plus the charger
A paid Claude Pro plan (USD$20/m)
About 15 minutes of setup before the day. The guide comes with your booking, with a short video for Mac and one for Windows. Stuck? You can book a 15-minute setup call with Cooper.

We start at 9:00 sharp and finish at 4:00. Doors open at 8:30 if you still need a hand with setup. Lunch and coffee included.
