Curious about AI and want to understand what all the fuss is about? Join us for a relaxed, beginner-friendly information session exploring the basics of artificial intelligence, what it is, how it works and how it’s already being used in everyday life.

This is an informative presentation rather than a hands-on course, so there’s no need to bring a device or have any previous AI experience. Simply come along, listen, learn and ask questions while enjoying wine, cheese and good company.

During the session, you’ll:

Gain a simple understanding of AI and how it works
Discover how AI is changing everyday life
See examples of how AI can be used at home, in the community and at work

Refund policy

Cancellations by Sandybeach Centre Classes require minimum enrolments to proceed. If Sandybeach Centre cancels a class, program or event, participants will receive a full refund or credit. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Participant Cancellations Unless otherwise stated, cancellations and transfer requests must be received at least 7 days before the start date. A $40 administration fee may apply. No refunds or transfers are available within 7 days or after a program has commenced. Materials already purchased may be excluded from the refund. Humanitix Refunds: Participants can request a refund through their Humanitix account up to 7 days before the class, program or event start date. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the start date. ACFE Subsidised Places Withdrawal must be made in writing within 4 weeks of commencement. • No training undertaken: refund less $20 administration fee • Part training completed: pro-rata refund less $20 administration fee • Accredited courses: $50 administration fee • After 4 weeks: no refund Events Refund requests must be received at least 7 days before the event. If you are unable to attend, please notify Sandybeach Centre as soon as possible. A non-attendance fee may apply where costs such as catering or entertainment have already been incurred. General By booking, you agree to receive communications relating to your booking and relevant Sandybeach Centre programs and events. Photography or video taken during programs and events may be used for Sandybeach Centre promotional purposes. There are no classes on Victorian public holidays.
