AI Workflow Studio (Hands-On Build Clinic)
Description
You have a documented workflow. Now find out whether it survives being built.
The AI Workflow Studio is a half-day build clinic with a deliberately unsentimental ending: by 12:30 pm you will have a working sandbox prototype, a test suite with a failure log and a written ship-or-stop decision. Stopping is a legitimate outcome and is treated as one.
Who this is for:
CAP-201 and CAP-202 alumni, and practitioners with a bounded workflow and an approved workflow brief. Capacity is 12 — this is the smallest room in the portfolio because everyone builds.
What you will do:
Bring Your Workflow: Scope and Success Criteria pin down exactly what the prototype must do and how you will know.
Build: Sandbox Configuration configure a working sandbox version using safe, non-production data.
Test: Edge Cases and Red-Team attack your own build with edge cases and structured red-teaming, logging every failure.
Ship or Stop: Review and Next Step make the call, on evidence, and record it.
What you will leave with:
A working bounded prototype (sandbox), a test suite and failure log, and a ship-or-stop decision record.
Prerequisites and exclusions:
CAP-201 or CAP-202, or an approved existing workflow brief (submit via junita@wahub.ai at least one week before the clinic). Sandbox and fictional data only; the clinic does not deploy anything into your production systems.
