AI in Home Care: A Map and a Plan
Description
AI features are turning up inside home care software, and many staff already use AI tools on their own phones. This free online session gives Support at Home and CHSP providers a map of what's available and a plan for deciding what to do next.
George Gouzounis, Chair of the National AI Adoption in Aged Care Workgroup, will cover:
what AI looks like in home care now, from general tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to AI built into the systems you already use
what has worked so far, and what to watch
three steps to choose two or three things to work on next, shown with a made-up provider
how to run the steps with your team after the session
It's aimed at providers of all sizes, whether you haven't started with AI yet or already use it. You'll get a link to the slides, a team workbook and a summary of the key points.
