Join us for a 1.5-hour interactive webinar designed to equip you and your team with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve an Exceeding rating. 

ACECQA acknowledges and appreciates the dedication of the OSHC community in striving for excellence for their children and communities. We recognise that the processes of assessment and rating, as well as achieving Exceeding NQS, can be overwhelming for many. This session is designed to assist services in navigating this journey. We invite you to participate in this insightful session led by the Regulatory Authority Support team at ACECQA, who are tasked with the training, evaluation, and resource provision for Authorised Officers throughout Australia. During this presentation, ACECQA will outline the steps that services might consider while pursuing Exceeding NQS, provide OSHC-specific examples of exemplary practices, and discuss strategies to empower educators in effectively presenting their service during assessment and rating visits. Louise Bolton, who leads this team, brings over 20 years of diverse OSHC experience, having held various positions such as educator, 2IC, Director, Operations Manager, NCAC Validator, and Authorised Officer. A well-known figure within the Network, Louise has previously assisted services in her role as Support and Resource Project Officer. Louise and her team possess extensive firsthand experience in assessment and rating, monitoring and compliance, and in aiding services to implement the National Quality Framework.
