This Tall Conversation will share what I have learnt from my 20 years of experience in political advocacy (state and federal) in the scientific landscape. This will be an informal presentation where I share some basics of the political machinery, how to engage and cultivate productive relationships with politicians, how to maximise your voice being heard and how to increase your ability to influence decision-making whilst simultaneously helping them achieve their legacy.
