From 9 July 2026, airspace across Sydney will change to support Western Sydney International Airport which opens later this year.
The changes include new controlled airspace, changes to some restricted areas and updates to VFR routes.
Join CASA and Airservices Australia for a summary of the changes.
Who should join
The information will be aimed at private and recreational pilots who fly or train in the Sydney area regularly.
Pilots who transit through or visit Sydney are also encouraged to register.
The webinar will be recorded and posted on CASA's YouTube channel.
