For those who may have participated in our ongoing Ajani Active/Strong People Stay Young sessions or similar programs and/or want to continue to practice and improve or maintain their strength and bone density.
If you have your own dumbbells and a mat, keep them handy.
2 Week Block - 4 classes for just $28.00 (30% discount):
