A Journey Through Sound and Energy

Join us for a restorative and peaceful afternoon as we bask in the gentle healing energy of sound, Reiki and the EESystem. This immersive experience is designed to relax your body, quiet your mind and elevate your energy field.

You’ll be gently guided through:

🔸 Sound Bath (Carmen Warrington) – Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sacred instruments wash over you, recalibrating your nervous system and restoring inner peace.

🔸 Reiki Energy Healing (Sarah Willoughby) – Each person is offered the opportunity to receive a brief hands-on (or distance) Reiki, facilitating energetic balance and holistic wellness.

🔸 EESystem (Jo Morton – The Good Energy Room) – The EESystem generates energy fields that support the body's natural ability to heal, rebalance and restore itself.

EVENT OVERVIEW

2 pm Main door opens

Relax in a supportive and nurturing environment. Connect with others, ground, set intentions and engage in a calming meditation before entering the EESystem room for a powerful sound bath and Reiki healing. 

2:45 pm Main door closes (no late entries)

3 pm Sound bath and Reiki healing commences

4:15 pm Sound bath and Reiki healing concludes. If you wish, you may continue to rest in the room and soak up the energy. Or enjoy a light afternoon tea and time to chat.

Carmen Warrington is a meditative artist with a deep commitment to holistic wellness. She has dedicated her life to uplifting and inspiring others, as an author, soulful singer/songwriter, meditation guide and sound worker. Carmen’s sound baths create a gentle, loving space in which you can relax, let go, and allow your body, mind and spirit to attune to the healing potential of this moment.

Sarah Willoughby

Sarah Willoughby is a passionate coach, speaker, Reiki healer and author of Infertility Saved My Life: Healing PCOS from the Inside Out, with a background in corporate human resources. Sarah's journey through secondary infertility, grief and emigration led her on a powerful path of self-discovery. This inspired Sarah to create a heart-centred life and business aligned with her soul’s purpose. Today, Sarah empowers women to reconnect with their true selves, heal from within, face their fears and consciously create the fulfilling lives they deserve.

Jo Morton

Jo Morton founded The Good Energy Room in Melbourne after a life-changing journey through severe chronic illness that left her bedbound for nearly three years. Discovering the EESystem marked a turning point, helping her rebuild her health, energy and dreams. Inspired by her transformation, Jo and her family created the Good Energy Room—a space where hope, healing and new beginnings are possible for everyone. 

💖 WHAT TO BRING

IF YOU HAVE OPTED FOR FLOOR SPACE, PLEASE BRING:

- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

- Pillows and blankets for extra comfort

EVERYONE

- Water bottle

- A notebook and pen for journaling and recording insights

- Eye mask/eye pillow (optional but encouraged as the EES screens will be on during the sound bath/reiki healing session)

- An open heart and intention for healing

- Please wear comfortable clothing

💧 LOOKING AFTER YOU

We recommend arriving well-hydrated and avoiding caffeine and alcohol beforehand so you can feel your best and get the most out of the experience. Plenty of water will be available on the day to keep you refreshed!

To help the body detox, please drink lots of water for 2-3 days after the event. You may also wish to purchase a bag of Detox Bath Salts from Jo ($10) to take home and enjoy a foot soak or bath.

🧭 DIRECTIONS

Enter 93 Wells Road at the traffic lights. Then drive forward over the first speed bump and head to factory 5, which is halfway down on your left.

Parking is available outside the Good Energy Room.
