Event description

Join Australia-Japan Society (AJS) ACT on a bus tour to Cowra for the day to honour the 80th anniversary of the Cowra Prisoner of War (POW) Camp Breakout. The tour using Murray’s Bus commences and returns to Canberra.

-- LIMITED TO 28 PEOPLE --


Tentative Schedule:

1:oopm Depart Radford College (parking available)

3:30pm - 4:30pm Enjoy the Cowra Japanese Gardens

4:30pm - 5:30pm Explore the POW Camp and witness POW Breakout Ceremony

6:00pm Official Mayoral Dinner at Cowra Showgrounds

10:30-11pm Arrive Radford College (approximate time)
