Alameda County Supervisor Lena Tam, City of San Leandro, Alameda County Fire Department and the Office of Emergency Services invite you to attend the Alameda County District 3 Emergency Preparedness Day Event!
Learn how to keep your family safe during natural disasters and emergencies. Experts will provide tips, demonstrations, and resources to help you prepare.

Event Schedule:
10:00am-2:30pm Resource Fair
10:00am Registration
10:30am Welcome remarks
10:45am Keynote presentation: Oakland Firesafe Council
11:00am-12:00pm Workshop Round 1*
11:00am - 11:30am - Attend 1st Workshop (your choice of workshop)
11:35am - 12:05pm - Attend 2nd Workshop (your choice of workshop)
12:15pm-1:15PM Workshop Round 2*
12:15pm - 12:45pm - Attend 3rd Workshop (your choice of workshop)
12:50pm - 1:20pm - Attend 4th Workshop (your choice of workshop)
*There are 4 workshops that run simultaneously and each lasting 30 minutes.
1:25pm-2:30pm Lunch and Emergency kit Pick-up**
**Emergency kits will be provided to the first 300 households/addresses. Limit one per household/address. To receive a kit, completion of 3 workshops is required. Each household will be given a workshop card that needs to be stamped at the completion of each workshop.
