Dance Flamenco DC and its children’s program Flamenco 4 Kids!™ is the home of Flamenco con Magdalena, originally founded in NYC in 1995.

Today, Dance Flamenco DC offers children and adult dance classes, performance opportunities, as well as cultural experiences throughout the greater Washington D.C. area.

An educational and entertainment based program, Dance Flamenco DC brings the authentic sights, sounds and movements of Andalucía to the DMV.

Magdalena is best known for her traditional style which focuses on the musicality, grace, power and rhythm of Flamenco. She has been inspiring audience members and students alike for over 25 years and has been awarded grants by The Field, Fractured Atlas and DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities for her work as an individual teaching artist.

Dancers of all ages welcome! Dance Flamenco DC offers intensive training, cross-cultural immersion, recreational education and ear-training with live music. Students immerse in the mysterious and energizing art form of Flamenco in Dance Flamenco DC's new Tenleytown studio. Classes, social events, workshops and more in the heart of Northwest D.C.!

Dance Flamenco DC is the only studio dedicated exclusively to the art of flamenco rhythm and dance for all ages and levels in DC proper.
