THE LAST EVENT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!

A space to meet and connect with others in a safe and facilitated environment.

The environment provides the opportunity to meet and make friends while socialising and having fun. This may lead to forming deeper connections with others, though there is no guarantee of this.

The event is supported by experienced and qualified volunteers with an interest in supporting diverse individuals.

Any meaningful connection made and followed up outside of the social event is at the discretion of each attendee.

Finger food, games, background music will be provided.

After you have registered and paid for the event, an Event Guide will be emailed to you. The Event Guide outlines information about what to expect on the night.

Guidelines for the evening:

- All attendees are required to be 18 years of age and above to attend the event.

- Transport to and from the venue is the responsibility of each attendee.

- Alcohol is consumed at the discretion of each adult attending the event.

- If you require additional supports to assist you during the evening, please discuss this with your team to ensure they are available to attend and support you. This is important as no direct support is available on the night. There is a perceived level of competency for support workers in attendance.

- Please note, there will be discussions occurring during the evening about friendships, relationships, dating apps, online safety, etc. Any restrictions or concerns about these topics should be considered prior to registering.

- All attendees have the right to feel safe during the event. Any person who attempts to intimidate or harass another person on the evening will be asked to leave.

- A photographer will be in attendance to take photos of the event. Attendees will be provided copies of photos with them in it. Please advise volunteers on the night if you DO NOT want your photo taken.

- There will be games and activities to assist you to HAVE FUN, MINGLE and MAKE SOCIAL CONNECTIONS!
