The Australian Logistics Council (ALC) Wayfinder Freight Heartland Tour offers a unique opportunity to see how Australia’s supply chain operates, meet industry professionals, and discover how your existing skills could translate into a rewarding career in this essential sector.
Participants will spend the day travelling by bus to visit leading freight, logistics and supply chain facilities. Site visits include:
📍Primary Connect (Woolworths) – Larapinta
📍Toll – Heathwood
📍Port of Brisbane
You can choose from two pick-up and drop-off options:
Option 1 – Richlands Station
Pick-up: 8:15am
Drop-off: approximately 5:05pm
Travel on the bus for the full tour - No car required
Option 2 – Primary Connect BRDC – Larapinta
Make your own way to Larapinta
Arrival: 8:45am
Join the tour from the first site visit
Return to Larapinta by bus at approximately 5:20pm
On the day you will:
• See real supply chain operations in action
• Gain insight into logistics careers and pathways
• Meet industry professionals and learn about opportunities in the sector
