AlcheME Online Retreat

I'm so excited to share with you; the AlcheMe Online Retreat.

To say there's a lot happening in the world at the moment would be an understatement. I think we all entered 2021 thinking it would *surely* have to be better than 2020...and yet we continued to get absolutely cooked in the collective energetic microwave.

We've been stretched. Our nervous system has been challenged. We've been pushed into new levels of embodiment. The ability to be our own authority and follow our intuition has been tested again and again. We've closed out chapters. Opened new ones. At times it's been heavy and dense and at others, it's been pure expansion.

If you haven't heard, 2022 is 'universal year 6' and it's all about creating solid foundations and relationships. Planting the seeds for your bigger vision that will bloom in the years to come. I don't know about you, but I have definitely felt the energy shift of next year beginning to swirl.

There's sooooo many ideas that feel ready to come in, but the need for rest, restoration and nourishment feels like the biggest priority right now. Creating the fertile soil that will allow them to come to life. I shared on my IG story the other day that ALL creative ideas need the space, energy and nourishment to be conceived in order to be birthed.

That's what I believe this time is being asked of us - to really replenish, clear and cleanse our energy to create space for the creative expansion of 2022. 

Which is why I created the AlcheME Online Retreat.

When we think about the energy of 2022 being driven by solid foundations and relationships; there is none more important than the solid INNER foundation you create and the relationship you have to YOURSELF. In my own journey, nothing has been more transformative than understanding how my energy operates and how i'm here to impact (Human Design), combined with energy work and embodiment practices - so this is exactly what this retreat is going to bring.

I'll be guiding you through understanding your energy type through the lens of Human Design and connect you to your OWN strategy so you move through the 2022 on the path of least resistance in harmony, stand in the full power of your magnetism and maximise your year. When we use our energetic strategy correctly, we get to experience living in our 'signature' state.

At the AlcheMe retreat, we'll be diving into orienting your intention for creating your foundations based off your signature - Satisfaction (Generator + Manifesting Generator), Peace (Manifestor), Success (Projector) & Surprise (Reflector). I'll also be taking you through a Breathwork practice to support yourself when the 'not-self' emotions pop up (frustration, anger, bitterness, disappointment).

We've got some absolutely glorious humans coming in to share their wisdom, light and magic with us.

Rhi Wihardjo will be coming in to kick us off with a nourishing, gentle and slow Yin Yoga session to restore, replenish and unwind your mind, nervous system and body.

Holly Saphrone will be joining us to bring her powerful intuitive movement practice, KaBa. KaBa supports you to unlock your inner ancient wisdom & activate stagnant neural pathways, so you can stand in your full, raw power.

Asher Erickson (who's also been a beautiful pillar of support for me this year with my own journey!) will be facilitating a potent Energy Medicine session. She'll be guiding us through a quantum meditation to clear the channel to your intuition, anchor in your highest vision for the new year (including an emotional clearing practice to cleanse any resistance or old energies in the way of it).
