We’ll begin by making our own heart-opening cacao in ceremony, setting intentions as we prepare this sacred drink together. Cacao invites us into presence, softens our defenses, and opens the door to meaningful, heart-led connection.

Once our hearts are warm and open, we’ll move into a Conscious Connections journey—an evening of authentic relating practices designed to help you drop the masks, feel seen, and connect in a way that feels real, nourishing, and alive.

Expect deep conversations, shared laughter, moments of stillness, and the beauty of simply being human together.
