Step into a day of profound healing, self-discovery, and inner transformation. Alchemy is a day retreat designed to guide you through a process of inner integration and renewal, where you'll be invited to explore the depths of your own being.  Set against the peaceful backdrop of the Chenrezig Buddhist Temple, a sacred space of stillness, wisdom, and compassion.

What to Expect: 

- Anchoring Breath Practices: Ground yourself with powerful breathwork to centre your energy and clear your mind. 

- Intention Setting: Tap into your deepest desires and set intentional, heart-centered goals for your journey ahead. 

- Parts Work: Engage in transformative inner work, connecting with and healing different parts of yourself to achieve greater balance and wholeness. 

- Somatic Healing: Release stored tension and trauma from your body, allowing for emotional and physical healing to unfold. 

- Yoga: Flow through gentle, mindful movements that reconnect you with your body, bringing ease and openness to both mind and spirit. 

- Journey Process Through Inner Child: Reconnect with your inner child, nurturing and healing wounds, and reclaiming lost aspects of your authentic self.

- Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the vibrations of sacred sound, harmonizing your energy and facilitating deep healing at a cellular level. 

- Lunch: Enjoy a nourishing, plant-based lunch designed to support your body's healing process.
