Event description

An Intro to Alchemical symbols

2020 was the beginning of a new decade and a year of massive change and transformation, which we have already witnessed with all that has been happening in the world around us since the start of the year.

What a great way to harness this raw energy by using the power of Alchemy we can look within to see how we can transform our inner landscape to be an even more empowered woman. Alchemising the things that hold us back from weaving and creating our own gold that makes us shine.

Long, long long before scientists, physicist and mathematicians we had Alchemists, who worked behind the scenes in laboratories creating and manifesting new formulas and equations, traditionally transforming lead into gold. So using this lovely analogy today we are going to be our own alchemists. By being ’lead’ into meditation, tuning in with our internal sacred goddesses, searching and acknowledging some of our shadow so as to shine light upon it and alchemise the gold elixir so that it may solidify and shine in our outer life.

Bernice is going to help co-facilitate with Carmel and Alchemise a meditation, by introducing us to Alchemical Symbols. She an artist at heart, and has had a long fascination with sacred geometry, symbology, astrology, mandalas. Bernice is just simply being amazed with the power that the beauty of art can transform perspectives.

So if people can walk away with a different idea or have a different emotional response after seeing the art then the artist has been successful. She also practices energy healing and follows a spiritual path of mindfulness and joyful living. She uses various mediums for her art, and one of which is henna.
