Treat yourself or a loved one to an afternoon of deep relaxation and soul-nourishing sound. Let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred tones wash over you in this beautifully curated Sound Bath—a gentle and loving space to connect, unwind, and receive.

Bring a yoga mat, cushion, and a light covering to settle in and fully relax.

Stay afterwards and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, shared in warm community.

Fradgley Hall is located in the heart of Burleigh Heads, adjacent to the Library and upstairs.

There is limited street parking but plenty of spaces in the carpark at the back of the building for only a few dollars.
