Alchemy of Yinfolk

Facilitators Ash & Kane are joyfully Co-Hosting an all inclusive Yoga & Sound Journey that allows everyone to take better care of their health & wellbeing.

Through this fusion of beginner friendly yoga and meditative sound healing, you will be able to connect with yourself on a deeper level in a welcoming and supportive environment amongst the collective of Yinfolk.

Newcomers and experienced practitioner's are all welcome.

This journey is an opportunity to connect with your present experience - we will flow, breathe and listen as one.

After the gentle yoga flow guided by Kane, participants will lie on their mat and be taken into a state of deep integrative relaxation by Ash using vocals & sound.

Sound healing has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing. Soothing sounds and the vortex of vibrations will help create a sanctuary of stillness for you to assimilate all the benefits of the yoga practice

What to expect -

Kane will guide you through a flow of Yoga following this will be a Sound Healing Journey facilitated by Ash

What you need to bring:

You and comfortable clothes and water..

Mats, bolsters and blankets, yoga blocks, cushions & eye covers all supplied on the day

If you enjoy extra support in your Yinfolk experience please feel free to bring your bolster/cushion(s)

He is a Usui Reiki Master, Animistic Practitioner, Sound Healer, Qualified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator (qualified through Venus Rising Association of Transformation ), Rebirthing/Yin Breathwork Facilitator ( trained by Daniel Coates ), Cacao Facilitator ( trained by Kin of Fiain Danu - Renee McCready ), Energy Healer, Bowen Therapist

Kane MangoBean - Bright Raven Holistica

He is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Self Employed Painter & Decorator of 33 years
