Alchemy Sound Session

Immerse yourself in the calming and uplifting frequency of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes and voice. Soul song will speak to your heart, assisting to heal, clear, activate or integrate energy, as required for you. Join Vicki O'Leary and myself in this gorgeous purpose-built studio opening into a garden sanctuary, sheltering under a magnificent Mulberry tree!

Vicki and I recently spent precious time together in Scotland and we would like to bring this energy to the group experience - we connected with the ancient land, the Ancestors and the beautiful nature eco-village of Findhorn. So please join us!

Together with the scent of pure essential oils, this session can relax your nervous system, still your mind and connect you with your inner knowing. Find a peaceful place in your heart during these changeable times.

What you will experience:

Begin by settling into a gentle, guided meditation designed to draw you inward and reconnect you with your centre. From this grounded space, you’ll be invited to lie down and surrender into a deeply immersive sound journey. Vicki will offer Reiki healing energy individually as you lie to receive.

As you rest, waves of pure vibration flow through you—crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, chimes, and voice weaving together to support your body in softening and rebalancing. Each sound is offered with intention, encouraging your system to shift naturally into a state of harmony and restoration.

Throughout the session, you’ll be bathed in subtle frequencies as instruments are intuitively played around and over you, accompanied by light language shared with the group. This is a space to receive, release, and allow your body’s own wisdom to guide you into healing.

You will be an active participant in this process - clearing and anchoring your energy and setting an intention for your overall wellbeing.

To finish the evening, herbal tea will be offered to assist with grounding your energy before you head home to a blissful nights sleep!

Complete your week in a relaxed way, release any discordant energy and sink into a deep peace, more clear and ready to enjoy the weekend. We also set intentions for the global upliftment of humanity to come into a place of peace and harmony. Group consciousness is powerful!
