Alchemy Sound Session

This Valentine's Day, give yourself the gift of love! Tune into self-love while connecting with your true essence. 

Immerse yourself in the calming and uplifting frequency of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes and voice. Soul song will speak to your heart, assisting to heal, clear, activate or integrate energy, as required for you. Berowra Yoga studio is a small, intimate space with a beautiful energy. 

Together with the scent of pure essential oils, this session can relax your nervous system, still your mind and connect you with your inner knowing. Find a peaceful place in your heart during these changeable times.

What you will experience:

We will begin with a short review of the current energy, then you will be guided through a meditation to connect you into your heart and into the Earth.
After which, you will be invited to lie down and receive pure sound vibration from crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum and chimes, supporting your body to move into a natural state of healing. 

Due to the small group, with a total of 7 people, this sound healing will be more like an individual healing as I play the various instruments over your body, accompanied by your soul song.

To finish the evening, herbal tea will be offered to assist with grounding your energy before you head home for a blissful nights sleep!

Come, set an intention and complete your week in a relaxed way. Release any discordant energy and sink into a deep peace, more clear and ready to enjoy the weekend. I hope to see you there!
