Alchemy Sound Session

This session, in the beautiful season of Spring, falls between two powerful portals - the Lunar Eclipse on 8th September and the Solar Eclipse on 22nd September. Eclipse season. Lunar eclipses are about culminations and endings and the Solar Eclipse New Moon is about bringing in some fresh new energy into our lives as we wrap up the year!

Be supported at this time of powerful energy, with a grounding meditation and a soothing sound bath to help connect you with your intuition and Higher Self.

Immerse yourself in the calming and uplifting frequency of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, Medicine Drum and voice. Soul song light language can assist with clearing energetic blockages and help activate your highest soul potential.

Berowra Yoga studio is a small, intimate space with a beautiful energy. 

Together with the scent of pure essential oils, this session can relax your nervous system, still your mind and connect you with your inner knowing. Find a peaceful place in your heart during these changeable times.

What you will experience:

We will begin with a short energy update for the times, then you will be guided through a short 15 minute relaxation/grounding meditation. After which, you will be invited to lie down and receive pure sound vibration from crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum and chimes, supporting your body to move into a natural state of healing. Due to the small group, with a total of 8 people, this sound healing will be more like an individual healing as I play the various instruments over your body, accompanied by your soul song.

To finish the evening, herbal tea will be offered to assist with grounding your energy before you head home to a blissful nights sleep!
