Event description

Alchemy the Art of Change Playshop is about opening up to the possibility of transformation and embodying the new Nia routine Alchemy. For two hours you will be guided to dive deep into your authentic self and move with the magic of Nia and Kellie Chambers.

Kellie Chamber is a Nia® 2nd Degree Black Belt, Nia® Moving to Heal, and MELT Level 2 Instructor with an extensive dance background from Oregon, USA. "I aim to make you sweat, make you laugh, and make you feel something. My students leave feeling connected and empowered with a greater sense of their mind, body and spirit. "
