Event description

Alchemy the Art of Change Nia Workshop is uniquely designed with a focus and intent to create a truly transformational movement experience. During this immersive workshop, you will learn how to embody the new Nia Routine Alchemy. This experience will teach you how to dive deep into your authentic self and find beauty within. 

Kellie Chamber is a Nia® 2nd Degree Black Belt, Nia® Moving to Heal, and MELT Level 2 Instructor with an extensive dance background from Oregon, USA. "I aim to make you sweat, make you laugh, and make you feel something. My students leave feeling connected and empowered with a greater sense of their mind, body and spirit. "

Workshop fee includes a fresh and nourishing lunch (GF and vegetarian options available), morning tea (GF available) and a selection of teas.
