Ale Stars Beer Appreciation Night March - Su Legno Brewery

Join us on the 17th of March for a beer appreciation night with special guest John Ricciotti from Su Legno!

Su Legno, or ‘On Wood' in Italian, operates out of South Australia, and specialises in barrel fermented ales. John Ricciotti, founder of Su Legno, blends the historical method of barrel fermentation, with the modern brewing science of today, officially making what's old, new again. With experience on the Cooper production floor, many craft taprooms, and a diploma in brewing, you can guarantee the night will be filled with plenty of great beer stories.
