What started in 2020 as a passion project between husband-and-wife team Brendan and Jess Ibbett, has grown into an independent Inner West brewery known for its bold, flavour-packed beers and creative approach to brewing.
From Brendan's love of hop-forward American IPAs to experimenting with new ingredients, brewing techniques and unexpected flavours, Kicks Brewing is all about keeping things fresh, exciting and, above all, fun!
