Step into a magical morning every Tuesday at 5AM with Sunrise Sisterhood at Alexandra Headlands.

📍 Location Details:
Alexandra Parade Beach Access 163, directly opposite The Booley Café. 
🚗 Parking Options:

• South end of Alexandra Surf Club car park
• Along Alexandra Parade

Each week, a dedicated facilitator will guide you through a unique and transformative session, featuring yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, qigong, dance, body workouts, and more. With silent sound headsets, we keep the noise down and the experience completely immersive and serene.

This isn’t just a fitness class, it’s a space to connect, collaborate, and co-create with like-minded women on the Sunshine Coast. Here, you can express yourself freely, recharge, or simply just BE.

🌟 Important Details:

• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our instructors and those heading to work after the session.
• We start promptly at 5AM.
• Bring along:
  • A towel and/or yoga mat (please note mats may get sandy, so consider bringing one that’s okay for outdoor use)
  • A water bottle
  • Swimmers if you’d like to take a refreshing dip afterward

☕ Coffee and Connection:
After each session, join us for a coffee and catch-up at a nearby café. Take the time to connect and share the morning’s energy.

☔ Wet Weather Plan:
In case of rain or bad weather, we’ll relocate to Mooloolaba Wellness Collective, Unit 1/2 Akeringa Pl, Mooloolaba QLD 4557
