Description

Join us to hear Alice Zaslavsky in conversation with Michaela Kalowski discussing her brand new book Weeknights with Alice.

6.15pm for 6.30pm start. Wine and nibbles will be served.

Overview

Low-stress, failsafe midweek dinners from the international superstar that Nigella Lawson calls a 'force of nature'.

Queen of veg Alice Zaslavsky returns with a curated collection of 80 quick, clever veg-forward dinners, each designed to make dinner feel like a breeze, not a squeeze.

This kitchen companion is built to be flipped through, scribbled in and cooked from night after night. It features clear prep and cook times, 'double duty' notes for leftovers, tips and subs to make each recipe work for you, a bonus 'from scratch' section for homemade staples (with full permission to go for store-bought to save even more time!), and even a 'when you feel like' index to help streamline dinnertime decision-making.

By starting with the veg, your cooking becomes more nutritious, quick and cost-effective. Brimming with the joyful authority of a cook who knows what real weeknights look like, Weeknights with Alice will transform the way you cook at home.
