Let go of the year that’s been and make space for the year ahead.

Join Emma Lagerlow for a special 90-minute end-of-year experience designed to help you reflect on 2026, reconnect with what matters to you and set meaningful intentions for 2027.

Through guided journalling, meditation and a deeply relaxing sound bath, Align & Manifest creates space to step away from the busyness of the season, acknowledge the year you’ve lived and consider what you’d like to carry forward — and what you’re ready to leave behind.

You’ll be gently guided through reflection and future-focused exercises, including choosing your personal word for 2027, before settling into an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments.

There’s nothing you need to have figured out before you arrive. Simply bring yourself, your journal and an openness to pause, reflect and reconnect.
