Her Journey

For over two decades, Sheryl has walked the transformative path of yoga—a practice that, in its true essence, means to unite or bring together the scattered mind with the body and spirit. Her personal journey began with meeting her Master Sri M a living Himalayan Yogi, in the early 2000s, leading to years of dedicated teaching in Brisbane.

Her teaching journey in Brisbane began with co-founding a yoga studio, and expanded to include in-person sessions at venues like Phoenix Sculpture Gardens in Mt Glorious and Soul Space Brisbane. Through online classes, she connected with participants across the globe—from Holland and Norway to India, Dubai, and Australia. Each experience deepened her understanding of how universal the need for inner peace and clarity truly is.

A Diverse Path

Sheryl's life has been beautifully diverse, spanning three countries and immersing me in varied cultures and mindsets. From small-scale companies to large corporations, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that different environments present to teams and individuals.

Even with her academic foundation in Business Management (Bachelor's) and Computer Applications (Master's), her curiosity about the human mind and deep roots in yoga and mindfulness drew her to explore human potential while achieving practical results.

Today, her work has evolved beyond the mat. Sheryl works with corporate teams through her Reset & Recharge program—bringing transformative wellness practices directly into busy workplaces. Tailored to each organization's needs, these sessions help teams pause, reset, and recharge through breathwork, mindfulness, and movement.

She has seen firsthand how just a few minutes of intentional practice can shift energy, clarity, and focus for even the busiest, most tired minds. We often forget to gift ourselves moments of quiet so our brains can recharge and reset. Taking deliberate time to check in with ourselves is the key to overall wellbeing and body-mind balance.

Sheryl envisions integrating Body, Mind, and Spirit through powerful, transformative techniques including Breathwork, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), alongside coaching that helps individuals reframe limiting mental patterns and shift from self-sabotage to their true power. All backed by a neuroscientific approach to maximizing human potential.
