Come join me for a 120-minute women’s yoga workshop designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more at home in your body.
We’ll move through a seasonal flow — Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn — exploring how each phase mirrors the shifts in your energy, emotions, and inner world.

This space is for reflection, movement, rest, and reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with a more intuitive rhythm of living. You’ll walk away with practices and tools you can actually use in daily life to support your cycle, energy, and self-care.

This is a space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural, supportive, and deeply nourishing.
