This is an intimate, one-room experience for entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers ready to realign with themselves and their work in a deeper, more meaningful way. We’ll explore how inner wellbeing fuels outer impact through creative, reflective, and interactive sessions. Because sustainable growth starts from within.

Set in the stunning Dudhope Castle in Dundee, the day includes four transformative workshops that explore the full ecosystem of leadership and entrepreneurship, from mindset and energy to creativity, grief, purpose, and play.

The Journey (aka Your 4-Part Aligned AF Adventure):

Part 1: Get Grounded & Create Something Meaningful

We begin the day with a grounding, hands-on creative workshop led by Genna Delaney, award-winning jewellery designer. In this session, you’ll create your own symbolic jewellery piece as a way of connecting with your confidence, letting go of what no longer serves, and stepping into new beginnings.

Through creative expression, we’ll explore themes of personal power, visibility, and rootedness, using symbolism and intention-setting to guide our process. It’s not just about making something beautiful, it’s about making meaning. You’ll walk away with a tangible reminder of your strength and your story.

Part 2: Grief, Growth & Gentle Movement

Leadership and business often involve letting go…of roles, expectations, identities, and people. In this powerful and compassionate session, Kirsty McLean (psychologist, transformational coach, and holistic practitioner), will guide us to explore the everyday grief we carry in our personal and professional lives.

You’ll learn how grief shows up in unexpected ways, in career pivots, business changes, or shifting relationships, and how to hold space for yourself and others during these moments. We’ll then move into Qigong, a gentle body-based practice to support release and regulation. If the weather’s kind, we’ll take this outside into the beautiful castle gardens for fresh air and natural grounding.

Part 3: Decode Your Inner Drive & Shift Your State Like Magic

Join Renata Tari (coach and entrepreneur) and step into your power and get Aligned AF in this transformational session that blends fierce self-awareness with a touch of soul magic.

We’ll unravel the Triad: the trifecta of body, focus, and language to help you shift your state instantly and conjure up confidence, clarity, and momentum on demand. Then we’ll dive deep into the 6 Human Needs, the unconscious drivers that shape every spell you cast (aka, every choice you make). Whether your soul craves certainty or freedom, love or power, growth or giving, this framework will help you understand why you do what you do, and how to rewrite your patterns from a place of radical alignment.

Interactive, practical, fun. This isn’t just mindset work, it’s energetic alchemy.

Part 4: Diverge, Converge, and Play

To close the day, Danielle du Plooy (psychotherapist and creative entrepreneur), will take us on a journey through creativity, clarity, and conscious decision-making. Using the Double Diamond model, we’ll explore how to navigate life and leadership through divergence (exploring options, curiosity, expansion) and convergence (focus, alignment, intentional action).

Then we’ll dive into the often-forgotten power of play and imagination as essential tools for wellbeing, growth, and sustainable success. Expect some laughs, reflective exercises, surprising insights, and walk away with simple, doable practices to bring more creativity, joy, and flexibility into your daily life and business.
