Join Katisha Sunshine and Kayur Kotecha for an enchanting evening of soulful connection as we bid farewell to the old year and welcome a radiant new chapter. This heart-centered practice weaves together the sacred elements of breath, movement, and sound, inviting you to gently release outdated identities and lovingly embrace the evolving parts of yourself.

Katisha will guide you through a soulful journey of breathwork and meditation, while Kayur Kotecha a masterful Asana teacher, leads us in a flowing yoga practice designed to align body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll create space for transformation, self-reflection, and renewal.

As the night concludes, we’ll gather in community to savor nourishing, homemade chai and dhal—warming the heart and body as we step into the new year grounded, vibrant, and whole.
