London-born, Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Alison Ferrier will be appearing with her fantastic band the Upshots.  Her music has been described as “Alt-countrified gorgeousness” which “affects the listener deeply and with a quiet constant energy.”  

You can catch her with Dave Folley on drums, Alics Gate-Eastley holding down the low end and Garrett Costigan on pedal steel.  You can expect to hear sublime harmonies and influences of folk, blues and country, but Ferrier produces a sound that is entirely her own.
