What to expect
We’ll begin with a warm welcome to help you settle in, followed by gentle breathwork and calming activities designed to relax your nervous system and ease you into rest.
You’ll then lie down to enjoy a deeply restorative sound bath featuring Tibetan and crystal bowls, along with other soothing instruments.
After the sound bath, you're welcome to stay on to enjoy casual conversations over a cuppa and nourishing treats, so you leave feeling restored and uplifted.
These are small gatherings (maximum 12), so the experience feels relaxed and personal.
What you’ll leave with
Sound baths affect everyone differently. My intention is always to create a welcoming, restorative space — so you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Most people feel noticeably more relaxed and energised, and enjoy warm conversations with like-minded women.
Disclaimer and safety note
Sound healing is not a cure for any specific conditions, symptoms, or illnesses. Rather, it’s a beautiful tool that works alongside, never instead of, proper medical care from qualified healthcare professionals. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to restore balance and harmony within your body. Your enjoyment and well-being are my priority, and so, prior to booking, I ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can ensure this event is suitable for you.

My mind went quiet, which it doesn’t usually do. Thank you!
I feel lighter, more relaxed, and rested (having come in very tired) — a lovely sound immersion and realignment, with space for the body to heal itself. The bowls and wind gong were amazing.
A guided, connecting sonic landscape with a lovely slow start with breathing and real depth to the Himalayan bowls. A very human, cosy feel.
This was my first sound bath, and I loved it. I didn't want it to end, as I was so relaxed.
A lovely, nourishing, relaxing, reflective, and thought-provoking experience.
