Description

Enjoy a restorative sound bath, then connect over a cuppa with like-minded women who love holistic wellbeing and soulful conversations. Come to relax. Stay to connect.

Join us for a nourishing 2-hour experience that combines gentle breathwork, calming activities, and a deeply restorative sound bath. Followed by warm conversations over a cuppa and healthy treats, so you leave feeling more relaxed and inspired.

Who is this for?

This is for you if you:

  • Sometimes feel tired, overwhelmed, or exhausted and yearn for deep rest.

  • Often feel stressed or anxious and would love to feel calmer, more grounded, or at peace.

  • Want to calm your nervous system to boost your health, longevity or recover from chronic illness, so you can make the most of life.

  • Like connecting with like-minded women.

  • You are 16 or over.

Who is this not for?

Sound baths are not suitable for everyone, including people under 16. See the FAQs below to make sure this event is right for you.

What to expect

  • We’ll begin with a warm welcome to help you settle in, followed by gentle breathwork and calming activities designed to relax your nervous system and ease you into rest.

  • You’ll then lie down to enjoy a deeply restorative sound bath featuring Tibetan and crystal bowls, along with other soothing instruments.

  • After the sound bath, you're welcome to stay on to enjoy casual conversations over a cuppa and nourishing treats, so you leave feeling restored and uplifted.

  • These are small gatherings (maximum 12), so the experience feels relaxed and personal.

What you’ll leave with

Sound baths affect everyone differently. My intention is always to create a welcoming, restorative space — so you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Most people feel noticeably more relaxed and energised, and enjoy warm conversations with like-minded women.

Disclaimer and safety note

Sound healing is not a cure for any specific conditions, symptoms, or illnesses. Rather, it’s a beautiful tool that works alongside, never instead of, proper medical care from qualified healthcare professionals. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to restore balance and harmony within your body. Your enjoyment and well-being are my priority, and so, prior to booking, I ask you to complete a short questionnaire so I can ensure this event is suitable for you.
