Join us for an unforgettable evening of bold flavours and fine wines as Alium Dining and BlackJack Winery unite for a one-night-only degustation dinner with paired wines.

This exclusive event features a seasonal menu by Alium, perfectly matched with a curated selection of BlackJack’s premium wines—including their signature Shiraz, the vibrant “Rosa”, and a luscious late harvest Viognier to finish.
