"All Abilities Active"

Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre will again be hosting an event for 'All Abilities' in recognition of International Day of People with Disability.  Join us for an afternoon of inclusive fun! Enjoy a selection of adaptive group fitness classes, an exciting array of games and activities and tasty food, designed to engage diverse interests and abilities, welcoming individuals of all fitness levels.

Enjoy a Free Sausage Sizzle and Pancakes hosted by community groups.

Our two Paralympian guest speakers, Amy Ralph and David Bryant, will share their inspiring experiences and insights.

A Quiet Zone with sensory equipment will be operating.

Gain free entry to the event when you acknowledge the event at the front counter on arrival.  It's a great family friendly inclusive all abilities event.

Everyone is welcome - let's get active together.

Program

4.30pm                                          Official Opening of event by Mayor Ruth Butterfield

4.45pm - 7.30pm                            Public Pools open to attendees of event  (Program pool unavailable)

                                                      Giant Games (outdoor grassed area, near BBQ)

                                                      Ability Gym - All ages and all abilities (outdoor grassed area, near 50m pool)

                                                      Quiet Zone/Sensory Space (Club room)

5.00pm                                            Paralympians Guest Speakers David Bryant and Amy Ralph (outdoor area)

5.30pm                                            Yoga and Zumba Taster (All abilities)

5.30pm - 7.30pm                              Kelmscott Bulldogs All Abilities Team, AFL handball competition (grassed area near playground)

5.30pm - 7.30pm or until sold out     Sausage Sizzle and Pancakes (outdoor grassed area, near playground)
