All Abilities Art Workshop
Paint Your Story

Join us for a series of inclusive, hands-on art workshops that explore creative expression, connection and storytelling through art. Everyone is welcome.

Facilitated by Aboriginal artist Lesley Murray, who lives with disability, and supported by guest artist Shani Lee Darby, these workshops provide a welcoming space for people of all abilities to explore their creativity. Lesley holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Edith Cowan University, was inducted into the WA Women's Hall of Fame for Arts in 2025, and was the 2026 Armadale Arts Festival Artist.

Participants are invited to create an acrylic painting that reflects their story, perspective and sense of self. No prior art experience is required.

There are four sessions in total, and you are welcome to attend as many or as few as you like. Each session focuses on creativity, connection and self-expression in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Location: Seville Grove Library, 78 Champion Drive, Seville Grove
Time: 10.30am to 1.00pm (including breaks and light refreshments)
Cost: Free. Registration required.
