Are you over the age of 50 years and have a lifelong disability? Are you over 60 years and looking to connect to your community?
All abilities drumming Circle offers a much-needed escape where people from all walks of life can come together and connect through the universal language of music.
This session is more than just music; it is a gateway to a calmer, more centered version of yourself.
Through non-verbal communication via drumming, you learn to listen, respond, and cooperate with others, leading to better interpersonal connections.
Whether you're an experienced drummer or a first-time participant, our inclusive and welcoming atmosphere ensures everyone finds their groove and leaves with a renewed sense of joy.
