Hear from people with disability, employers, and employment organisations about:

• Real-life examples of disability-inclusive employment in practice.

• What supports you can access for disability in the workplace.

• The benefits of collaborating with people with disability to enhance your workplace. 

• How your organisation can improve its disability confidence to effectively recruit and hire people with disability.

Session 1: Panel discussion highlighting the All Abilities JobMatch employment success story from the perspectives of the employer, inclusion consultant, and intern.

Session 2: Tips for working with a disability employment services (DES) provider to support inclusive recruitment, and onboarding (including assistance for workplace adjustments) for people with disability.

Session 3: Panel discussion focused on employment opportunities for First Nations people with disability to work within their communities.
