Event description

The All Inclusive Gala is an event in supporting people with disability when often it can be challenging for those we support due to social isolation. The event will provide an opportunity for people with disability, their parents, carers and friends of all ages the opportunity to be included in a formal night out, have fun and be a part of the community. Events like this are few and far between but as a collective force we can make it a night to remember for people with disability and their families / carers.

The Gala Ball Committee is a collaborative partnership of representative members from the non-government sector who work together to support people with disability to access the community and live as independently as possible. Members include representatives from Anowah, Advance Disability Services & Respite, AHP, Maple Community Services, Future Wellbeing, Sublime Care, Healthproof, Plan Partners, Care Live Smile, My Plan Manager, Able Plus, LifeSquad and Asayish. We have a common goal of supporting people with disability to feel valued and included in their community. We are expecting approximately 320 people in attendance from across greater Western Sydney and the disability sector.

This event is for NDIS participants aged 17 yrs and older.

Dietary Requirements:

Please advise the Committee at time of booking, if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Transport:

If you require transport, please let the Committee know.

How much does attending cost?:

Absolutely nothing! Due to the generosity of our sponsors, this event is FREE OF CHARGE for all clients attending.

Your ticket includes free entry for you and one support staff, a 2 course meal, and non-alcoholic beverages!

Can my Support Worker come with me?

Of course they can! If you require more than one support worker to assist you for the evening, let us know.
