The story of
The All Inn Hotel
Join AIA Colorado members for a tour of The All Inn Hotel.
Originally constructed as a luxury motor hotel during the golden age of automobile travel, this property has been thoughtfully reimagined as a contemporary 54-room boutique hotel that celebrates its mid-century heritage while meeting the expectations of today's hospitality market.
During this guided tour, participants will explore how the design team integrated contemporary life safety requirements, accessibility standards, building system upgrades and sustainable design strategies while preserving the property’s mid-century architectural character. The program will examine architectural interventions, preservation strategies, material selections, and building system upgrades that respect the original character of the property while introducing contemporary amenities, accessibility improvements, and sustainable design solutions. Attendees will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities associated with repurposing legacy hospitality buildings and learn how thoughtful design can extend the life of existing structures while creating unique and memorable guest experiences.
