IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE JULY SHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
WORKSHOP TIMES
We understand that many working parents will want to drop off their child in the morning and not worry about picking them up until the end of the day, so we have carefully scheduled all workshops to tie in with each other. If your child is registered for a morning session and an afternoon session, they will be supervised in between sessions. No need to return and collect your child in between. If your child is with us all day, please ensure you provide them with a packed lunch.
PROGRAM HOURS
The program runs from 8.15am to 4.15pm daily. Please ensure your child is collected by 4.15pm sharp. A late pick-up fee of $15 per 15 minutes may apply after this time.
CHECK IN PROCESS
You will receive all the information regarding this process a few days before your registered day so please keep an eye out in your inbox and junk email.
PHOTO PERMISSION
Please note that photography and videography will be undertaken during the workshops. Should you wish your child NOT to be photographed or filmed, please advise in your registration.

- All belongings should be clearly labelled.
Specific workshop equipment will be advised during the booking process.

Workshops have specific age ranges. Please ensure your child meets the age requirement at the time of booking. The College reserves the right to cancel bookings made outside the designated age range (a 5% admin fee will be applied).
