⭐ ALL STARS ATHLETE LINE UP
1st Athlete - Aimee Fisher: One of NZ's most accomplished sprint kayakers. A gold medallist, two-time Olympian (2016 and 2024), World Champion in 2021, and Hawke's Bay local - training here in our gym. 2nd Athlete - Mathew Ragg: Seven-time New Zealand's Strongest Man, seventh World's Strongest Man in 2026, and fourth in 2024. Expect some big entertainment from this round. 3rd Athlete - Ellesse Andrews: Double Olympic Gold Medallist Ellesse Andrews MNZM, one of the most decorated track cyclists this country has ever produced. Recent silver and bronze medallist at Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, two Olympic gold medals, three Commonwealth golds, and a world title! Local Shadow Athletes: 1st Shadow Athlete - Greer Hambleton: 15 years old, recent NZ team representative in the Canoe Racing Asia Pacific Cup with four golds, and two podium finishes. Five gold medals at the NZ Canoe Sprint Nationals, and four podium finishes at the Canoe Slalom Secondary Schools Nationals. 2nd Shadow Athlete - Alex & Amelia Harper: A family with a love for strength training, Alex and his wife Ro have competed in many CrossFit competitions across NZ, while their 12 year old daughter Amelia has her sights set on competitive weightlifting and making her way to the 2028 Olympics. 3rd Shadow Athlete - Torin Leonard: 17 years old, Torin recently took gold at the 2026 National U19 Cyclocross Championships, backed by competing in the 2026 UCI Road World Championships in Canada. He's got his sights set on Belgium and France to compete against some of the best in the world.

- What is the event?
It's a fundraising night like no other - four rounds of live sports competition where four of NZ's greatest athletes go head-to-head with everyday locals, right here at Hawke's Bay's Sports Park. Add food trucks, bars, auctions, raffles and live entertainment, and you've got American sports event energy brought home to Hawke's Bay. Every ticket sold helps keep the state-of-the-art facilities our community relies on up and running.
- How can I support the event?

- What should I wear?
Sports jerseys, club colours, activewear, team apparel or your favourite sporting kit. Leave the black tie at home.
- Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available throughout the evening, including game-day style food options and licensed bar facilities.
- Can I purchase tickets as a group or business?
Absolutely. This event is designed to be a fantastic team night out. Businesses are encouraged to purchase groups of tickets for staff, clients and guests.
- Will there be opportunities to win prizes?
Yes. There will be raffles, silent auctions, live auctions and other fundraising activities throughout the evening.
- Can I challenge one of the All Stars?
Yes! Some challenges will involve audience participation and crowd-selected competitors. We can’t guarantee you’ll be selected, but there will be opportunities to get involved - including tickets to nominate yourself or a mate to challenge an All Star athlete.
- Where does the money raised go?
Funds raised support the Hawke’s Bay Community Fitness Centre Trust and help us continue delivering community programmes, water safety education, youth development opportunities, athlete support and facility operations.
- Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available at the Hawke’s Bay Regional Sports Park.
- Is there an age restriction?
This event is intended for adults. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Can I donate an auction item?
Absolutely. We welcome donations of products, services, experiences, accommodation packages, vouchers, sporting memorabilia and unique experiences for both our silent and live auctions.
Every item donated helps us raise vital funds to support the programmes, facilities and opportunities delivered by the Hawke’s Bay Community Fitness Centre Trust.
