Join us on Thursday, September 17, at 7:00 pm at Berkeley City College, 2050 Center Street, Berkeley, CA for a benefit screening of the Academy Award-nominated film All That’s Left of You.
Storytelling can illuminate truths too often overlooked. In this film, the history of the Nakba—and its ongoing impact today—comes into focus through Palestinian life portrayed with depth, humanity, and dignity rarely seen on screen.
Following the film, we invite you to stay for a Q&A discussion to further explore the themes, histories, and lived experiences shared in the film. Speakers are Minoo Moallem, Professor of Gender and Women's Studies at UC Berkeley and Jennifer Zacharia, Edward Said's daughter-in-law and human rights attorney.
