SFC Custom Films (makers of Beehives and Bottom Turns) will show a preview of "Belinda" a film exploring the passion of local surf activist Belinda Baggs, which will play at the Bells Beach Film Festival 25. The launch party will preview the seaweed conversation she has with local seaweed farmer Scott Elliott from Seascape Restorations/Immersion Group + some surfing not featured in the film. We'll then hold a Q and A with Scott Elliott, all about the miracles of seaweed in the fight for a sustainable climate. 

Produced by SFC Custom Films (a local formation of Torquay filmmakers) in collaboration with Surfers For Climate. "Belinda" is the second of a series of documentaries, aiming to raise awareness about environmental issues. 
The night will also feature seaweedy cocktails and snacks, groovy live music, and a live art installation by local artist Martine Oderio, involving sustainably sourced seaweed from Scott's seaweed farm.
