A Story Steeped in Sound New single “I’m Out of It” release: July 4 2025 Leipzig Lab was born from the result of an unexpected creative spark between Kieran Bahlmann and Alex Steve. The two singer-songwriters f i rst crossed paths during a workplace team-building exercise, where a shared passion for music quickly brought them together. As an experiment, they co-wrote and submitted their first song, ‘In Between’ to an APRA songwriting contest. The process revealed something special—their distinct musical styles blended into a sound that was both original and widely appealing. It was clear they had discovered a unique creative chemistry.
